UNBELIEVABLE! What can I say? I don't know how you guys do it. I mean offer such a fantastic deal with the level of support you offer. Every single support ticket I have submitted has been replied to in average 20 minutes... AMAZING! I have been reselling for a few years and been through several other providers and have NEVER had it as good as I do with Proaxxs. I would be amazed to find one single person with a complaint lodged toward you guys. I think I have found a new home for good this time. Boy am I glad I found you guys... Recently, I signed up for the trial...and after exploring the servie...and "testing" the support staff. We will be moving all of our accounts over here.
The one thing that impressed me was how quick the support responses are. Amazing. With our previous host we would wait 12 to 48 hours for a response...even with a down server so they could restart the apache.
