I also tested your services with your per ticket support and after a couple weeks looked up to snuff for me. Moved to your per server plan with 5 servers. After one month of and testing support, I moved 26 servers to your outsourced semi dedicated plan. Been on that for 3 months now and haven't any complaints. Very efficient and professional service. The support proaxxs provides is amazing. They are actually aware of issues in our servers before we are and quckly resolves them. When I request support I get a response almost immediately. No kidding! I am so hapy I chose you over the others.

I have to tell you I was very nervous about someone else handling my support tickets but thought I would give you a shot on a couple of my servers in the beginning. Man am I glad I did. I have now transferred all my servers over to you for end-user support. Tickets aren't handled exactly the way I would handle them but that's expected and I am very pleased with the way everything has been handled. I was very nervous about signing up for a outsourced plan because I thought it was too cheap but went ahead and tried it out. I'm telling you it was the best decision I have ever made! Not only are all my server problems taken care of but all by customers are getting the best support ever. I just wanted to extend a whole hearted thank you for running a great service. I recently switched over from cirtex hosting and your service is incredible in comparison. This has saved me a lot of time and headaches to have you do all my end user support. And I must say it is very efficient and WOW you guys are fast! I was nervous at first but using my own ticketing system I can monitor your responses which is great and I must say I have no complaints in how you support my clients. This is a first for me.
