Q: How do I know how many points I have?
A:
Simply login to the client area, go to your profile and you will see the
Reward Points posted there.
Q: How much are these points
worth in dollars?
A:
Points have no dollar value. The costs will fluctuate in reward points on
how many points can purchase what kind of service.
Q: How do I redeem or use my
points?
A:
You can redeem your points by submitting a ticket to the "Feedback
Department" in the client area. Simply mention in your ticket what you wish
to redeem your points for.
Q: How do I know what I can redeem my points for?
A: You can see a list of services you can redeem your points for in the client area. You can
redeem your points for such things as free hosting, pay a bill, dedicated IP,
backup service, SSL certificate, extra space and bandwidth, script
installation, billing software, dedicated hardware and services, and more!
Q: Do reward points expire?
A:
No, the rewards points do not expire. You can use them any time as long as
you remain our client.
Q: How many points can I
earn?
A:
You can earn any number of points. There is no maximum limit and they do not
expire.
Q: What if I earned reward
points and don't see the points in my profile?
A:
It could be possible we missed a reward, such as a referral. In this case,
please open a ticket to the Feedback Department and let us know. Understand
that reward points for referrals won't show in your profile until the
referral has completed the second month of hosting with us.
Q: I sent you a referral but
didn't get my reward points, how come?
A:
Please send a ticket to the Feedback Department so we can look into this.
Please be aware that if you refer a client to us they MUST put your name in
the "Referral Name" box on signup. If your name is not in the referral box,
unfortunately we can not apply any reward points to you. Also, reward points
for referrals won't show in your profile until the referral has completed
the second month of hosting with us.
Q: What happens to my reward
points if I am late with a payment?
A:
Late pays will not be eligible for points and you will forfeit any points
accrued.
This provision may be waived in some situations, if you contact sales
before your due date, with a valid explanation of why you will be late -
limited to one late pay per year.
Q: How
soon can I start using my
reward points?
A:
You can start using your reward points after your second month of hosting
with us.
Q: Are all
your plans eligible for reward points?
A:
Yes! All plans will receive total reward points as indicated on our rewards point
grid, with the exception or our starter plans, which will receive exactly
one half of reward points offered.
Q:
Can I apply my points to past due invoices?
A: NO! If you are late you will lose all points accrued - see
previous Q&A. If you wish to apply points to an invoice, you MUST
contact the feedback department and ask to have this done. NOTE:
We will not apply partial payments. You must have enough points to
pay the entire amount due.
Q:
Can I use my reward points for a partial payment?

A: No, sorry, you can only
use your points for a full payment on a service.
Q: I referred a customer to you but I don't see the points in my profile,
how come?
A: Your referrals must mention your name when they sign up or
reward points will not be issued. Also, reward points won't show
up in your "Reward Points" until the referral has been active
and "in good standing" for at least 2 months. Pending reward
credits will be found under your Profile "Notes". |
