To cancel your account, you must  login to the members center and submit a ticket to the "Cancellation" department and ask for a refund.

Please be advised that due to the nature of our products, the 30 day money back guarantee only applies to the hosting package and does not apply to overages, add-ons, software licenses, domain names, vps or dedicated servers. Your request must be made no later than the 30th day.

If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your hosting package, your price will change to the current package price at the time of the upgrade/downgrade. We guarantee a response time of less than 60 minutes (normally 30 minutes) and resolution time of less than 6 hours (normally 1 - 2 hours).

If you do not hear from us within 60 minutes after submitting a support ticket, or your server related issue is not resolved within 6 hours, please open a new ticket to the "Support Dept." and let them know your ticket has not been responded to. If you ever have an issue with "Support Tickets" not being replied to in a timely manner, please open a ticket to the "Feedback" department and let us know. Compensation for failed support department responses will be in the form of an account credit per failed response by our support staff.

*Note that our support guarantee applies to any server related issues only, on one of our shared hosting plans, or server admin plans (excluding full admin, complete admin & SD plans) and only actual support issues sent to the support department. If support request is beyond the scope of "normal" server management it will not covered. This offer does not apply to any issue that can not be replicated or is intermittent in nature - if we can not see the issue, we can not resolve it. If offered, compensation for failed support department responses will be in the form of an account credit only, not to exceed $1 per failed response by our support staff, per ticket. This guarantee only applies to technical support issues. Sales and billing, or any request other than technical support, will usually respond within 2 - 8 hours, but we can only guarantee 24 hour response time.

This is why Proaxxs Web Solutions offers all shared hosting clients an uptime guarantee that is absolutely unrivaled in the industry. If any website is affected due to network uptime issues.

In the event that your web site is not available for less than 100%, Proaxxs Web Solutions will credit your account as follows.

Monthly Uptime Credit:
99.9% to 100% your account will be credited 0% of your monthly hosting fee
99.7% to 99.8% your account will be credited 5% of your monthly hosting fee
99.4% to 99.6% your account will be credited 10% of your monthly hosting fee
99% to 99.3% your account will be credited 25% of your monthly hosting fee
98% to 98.9% your account will be credited 50% of your monthly hosting fee
97.9% or below your account will be credited 100% of your monthly hosting fee

For any shared hosting client, such credit shall be retroactive and shall be as calculated as shown above and as measured 24 hours a day in a calendar month, with the maximum credit not to exceed one hundred (100) percent of the monthly service charge for the affected month.

This 100% uptime guarantee applies to any Proaxxs Web Solutions client in good financial standing with Proaxxs Web Solutions at the time of a service outage.
Proaxxs Web Solutions administrators will determine the end of the downtime by a traceroute from outside the Proaxxs Web Solutions network.
Proaxxs Web Solutions Network means the telecommunications/data communications network and network components owned, operated or controlled by Proaxxs Web Solutions.
This 100% uptime guarantee only applies to our shared hosting accounts.

In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within seven (7) days after you experienced the down time. You must request credit by sending a request through your account by logging into your password-protected account, or by sending the request through our contact form, to billing. The body of this message must contain your account information, the dates and times of the unavailability of your website, and such other customer identification requested by Proaxxs Web Solutions. Credits will usually be applied within sixty (60) days of your credit request. Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an outage. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Restrictions. Credits shall not be provided to you in the event that you have any outage resulting from (1.) scheduled maintenance as posted from time to time at Proaxxs Web Solutions, or emergency maintenance , (2.) your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications, or (3.) circumstances beyond Proaxxs Web Solutions reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, including DNS propagation, domain name registration / transfer, failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your web site, or (4.) a client breaking any item in Proaxxs Web Solutions "terms of conditions and acceptable use policy" causing a machine to fail as a result.
