We guarantee our services 100%. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied in your first 7 days, we will refund your payment in full.. Simply contact us in the first 7 days of signing up and we will refund the full price of your package*.

This guarantee is VOID if your account violates our TOS or AUP. First month promotional offers, add-ons, software licenses, domain names, vps or dedicated servers are exempt from any money back guarantee.

To cancel your account, you must login to the members center and submit a ticket to the "Cancellation" department and ask for a refund.

Your request must be made no later than the 7th day

We guarantee a response time of 60 minutes (average 20 minutes) for support related issues, on our shared & reseller hosting, managed vps & dedicated servers & server admin/management plans, with the exception of our basic & full admin plans, which carry a 90 minute response time.

Proaxxs will credit you 1% of your monthly service fee, per failed response, on that services monthly billing cycle, not to exceed your total monthly service fee.

We guarantee a resolution time of less than 6 hours (average 2 hours) for support related issues on our shared & reseller hosting plans, and a resolution time on managed vps & dedicated servers & server admin/management plans, as indicated on each plan (see plan in question).

Proaxxs will credit you 10% of your monthly service fee, per failed resolution, on that services monthly billing cycle, not to exceed your total monthly service fee. Credit will be calculated on the actual service portion of package. Proaxxs will credit you 50% per ticket fee on any per ticket support plan.

If you ever have an issue with "Support Tickets" not being replied to in a timely manner, please open a ticket to the "Feedback" department, within 5 days of incident, or credit will be forfeited. Compensation for failed support department responses will be in the form of an account credit per failed response by our support staff.

Note that our support guarantee applies to server related issues only, on one of our shared hosting plans, reseller, vps, dedicated server or server admin plans (excluding plans that may offer a different response/resolution time) and only actual support issues sent to the support department. If support request is beyond the scope of "normal" server management it will not be covered. This offer does not apply to any issue that can not be replicated or is intermittent in nature - if we can not see the issue, we can not resolve it. If offered, compensation for failed support department responses will be in the form of an account credit only, per failed response by our support staff, per ticket. This guarantee only applies to technical support issues. Sales and billing, or any request other than technical support, will not be covered.

Proaxxs guarantees network and power uptime at least 99.9% on our premium dedicated network, and 99.5% on our Bronze dedicated network. In the unlikely event our guarantee is not met, we will credit you an amount determined by calculating the number of consecutive hours service was down, and apply the hourly credit to the affected service/package, based on a hourly rate. For any shared hosting client, such credit shall be retroactive and shall be as calculated as shown above and as measured 24 hours a day in a calendar month, with the maximum credit not to exceed one hundred (100) percent of the monthly service charge for the affected month.

This 100% uptime guarantee applies to any Proaxxs Web Solutions client in good financial standing with Proaxxs Web Solutions at the time of a service outage.
Proaxxs Web Solutions administrators will determine the end of the downtime by a traceroute from outside the Proaxxs Web Solutions network.
Proaxxs Web Solutions Network means the telecommunications/data communications network and network components owned, operated or controlled by Proaxxs Web Solutions.
This 100% uptime guarantee only applies to our shared hosting accounts.

In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within seven (7) days after you experienced the down time. You must request credit by sending a request through your account by logging into your password-protected account, or by sending the request through our contact form, to billing. The body of this message must contain your account information, the dates and times of the unavailability of your website, and such other customer identification requested by Proaxxs Web Solutions. Credits will usually be applied within sixty (60) days of your credit request. Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an outage. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Restrictions. Credits shall not be provided to you in the event that you have any outage resulting from (1.) scheduled maintenance as posted from time to time at Proaxxs Web Solutions, or emergency maintenance , (2.) your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications, or (3.) circumstances beyond Proaxxs Web Solutions reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, including DNS propagation, domain name registration / transfer, failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your web site, or (4.) a client breaking any item in Proaxxs Web Solutions "terms of conditions and acceptable use policy" causing a machine to fail as a result.
